The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. The hotel is modern with clean spacious rooms and bathrooms. It is in a quiet location. The staff are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located in the old town next to all the attractions. The location is great, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar is spectacular. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Lan speaks good English and always ready to help, she scheduled a 3 days trip for us from A to Z, thank you Lan. I am highly recommend the hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, they are not big but give you everything you need. Shower are great.

This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were overwhelmed by many aspects of our stay - the warm and helpful staff, the condition of our junior suite, the food at the restaurant (breakfast buffet and prix fix lunch) and the overall ambiance. The only problem was that ours was a street facing room and after a late night check-in at 7 am we were blasted out of bed by a loudspeaker broadcasting "community announcements". I stayed here for three nights, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect—within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. Breakfast was included with the room, and it was always fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Peter, who gave me some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and cafes, which truly enhanced my trip. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.!

Wonderful property and the best staff ever! They were so kind and helpful. They gave wonderful recommendations and booked our trip to Ha Long Bay. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. When it was time to leave, they scheduled a car for us and even walked us out. Just an amazing experience overall!

From the moment we stepped on the property Julian the front desk assistant was beyond welcoming and provided us with exceptional customer service as well as the other staff. The property was very nicely maintained. They provided me a excellent experience with them.

Delicacy Hotel is a gem in Ha Noi. Service and front staff go the extra mile with a smile, and speak very good English. The Chestnut Restaurant has the real upscale presentation of fresh fusion even with the free breakfast, kudos to the kitchen and staff. Highly recommended and look forward to a return stay.

We booked the owner's suite and I used the external room as my YouTube editing studio. I like the fruit provided and I liked the private Terrace. The morning buffet was excellent - so many options. The staff was very attentive and assisted us with a Cyclo tour in the Old Quarter which included Train Street.
