"The stay was perfect from start to end. I have never met such a friendly and mindful staff before. From the waiters to the receptionists - everyone deserves a huge praise. Pick up from the airport worked perfectly. We could even leave our luggage for the trip to Halong bay - even though we didn't spend another night in the hotel. Very professional staff - Thank you! Rooms are equipped well, free water bottles included. Breakfast was a good mix of vietnamese traditional dishes and western food. "

"This was my first stay in Hanoi, Vietnam and it was the best decision. From the moment you step in front of this hotel, you know it is going to be magical. The architecture in the lobby alone is enough to make you never want to leave. The staff was super kind and helpful which was honestly the cherry on top. It’s people like Nhi that will make me return again and again to the Grand whenever I’m back in Hanoi. Hotel rooms where spotless breakfast was amazing. Emma was another amazing Grand DU Luc team member that stood out. Truly made our stay amazing and I can’t say enough how much it meant that Nhi helped us out in one of our hardest moments when we left Hanoi only to return.
