"We had a lovely stay at Hanoi Splendid. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was ramification day and the streets were very crowded but our room was still very quiet. The staff was very helpful. We walked everywhere. The restaurant next door, Oriana, was surprisingly excellent."

The rooms are spotless and the staff is absolutely outstanding!!! When I got out of a taxi the other day after an adventure one of the staff members came running across the street to carry my bag. "This hotel is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is quite colourful. The rooms are not very big but comfortable a enough. Great value for money. Fairly clean although a bit of noise from next door due to renovations. Above all, the best thing this hotel has is the Staff. 20/10 in customer service. That alone is enough reason to stay here again in the future. Every single staff member were fantastic and there service is hard to beat!"
