Pick up from the airport worked perfectly. We could even leave our luggage for the trip to Halong bay - even though we didn't spend another night in the hotel. Very professional staff - Thank you! "This was my first stay in Hanoi, Vietnam and it was the best decision. From the moment you step in front of this hotel, you know it is going to be magical. The architecture in the lobby alone is enough to make you never want to leave. The staff was super kind and helpful which was honestly the cherry on top.
