"Staff both on reception and in the dining room were helpful, although at dinner we had to wait a long time before the food arrived. The main problem was that although the hotel wasn’t fully booked we were given a room (room 7) right on the very noisy road, over the bar and the outdoor festoon lights were on all night which filtered into the room. Had we stayed a second night we would have asked to be moved!"
