"The hotel is beautiful and has a privileged view and location, unfortunately the hotel is a little bit run down, service is good as the staff is very friendly but it feels like they are missing more staff and sometimes things take to long to arrive. The only real issue I had was the food, the quality was terrible and taste was subpar. I had to return a ceviche trio because the fish was completely off, dry and smelly. On my last day I had the sopes with cecina and immediately had an upset stomach. Dinner at the star restaurant was far below my expectations also for a “renowned chef menu” "

"The hotel is pretty good. Good location. Nice beachfront. However, it is not well equipped for high occupancy seasons, so avoid it during holidays. You’ll wait ages for elevators, food, drinks, etc. Wifi was horrible. I’m sure all of that is much better during less busy times. "Breakfast buffet was pretty good, staff pleasant. Property was in a good location and condition, nothing to complain about. I only didn’t understand why I couldn’t buy food or drinks and put them on my room account and pay on checkout. People on check in and check out could have speed up a bit, it took a way too long compared with hotels in US."

"Pésima experiencia para un hotel que cobra más de $10k la noche. Al llegar el baño del lobby tapado con toda la suciedad flotando. El servicio del lobby bastante deficiente a la llegada, se tardaron más de 35 minutos en todo el proceso de check in (el cual ya habíamos hecho 2 días antes vía whats que ellos mismos solicitaron) El room service bastante deficiente, llegaron incluso a olvidar pedidos que literalmente nunca nos legaron. El servicio de los buggies para pasar por nosotros a la habitación bastante lento, hubo un día que llegaron a tardar más de 25 minutos y debido a esto llegamos tarde a una clase de ejercicio. Las instalaciones están muy padres, la actitud de los trabajadores es buena, pero definitivamente el servicio deja mucho que desear y no está ni remotamente relacionado al precio que pagas por hospedarte ahí."
