"On this one you’re paying strictly for the location. First room I was in smelled funny had to move to another room. The air conditioner didn’t work in that room had to move to a third room unfortunately bottled water is $5.50 inside the room. Laundry on site was &12.00. It’s definitely a location event but not bad"

"We booked this airport hotel in order to catch a flight at 6-15an, therefore wanted a good early sleep. However this hotel is next to another one which had a wedding party which was finally stopped by the police at just before 3am !!! ( One hour before we were due to wake, if we had managed to sleep!)The police were called by guests at the hotel, not the management or staff. I would never risk staying there again."

"This was a very clean modern hotel. We appreciated the air conditioning in the room as well as the free coffee/tea in the room.This was one of the nicer hotels I stayed at on my trip to Germany. My only complaint is that there was a huge line to check in. Not sure why it took so long but it was the only time we experienced this on our trip. Also, this hotel is very nice but the surrounding area is not. I could see people passed out on the street from my window, people doing drugs and heard people smash beer bottles on the street at night. I was a little surprised at how unsafe I felt walking from the train station to the hotel. Obviously the surrounding area is not the fault of the hotel. But something to consider when staying there."

"Hotel is ideally located, one minute walk from Frankfurt Main HBF train station (SW exit near platform 1B) with main bus station directly behind. Room was well insulated from sound and spacious with lots of places to place belongings. A/C was great, bed very comfortable with overhead rain plus strong hand held shower pressure. Tea pot was provided upon request and Johanna was very pleasant and helpful at front desk. Highly recommend this accommodation for value and convenience"

"On arrival at the hotel I explained to the front of staff that I hadn’t slept for 24 hours coming from New Zealand. It was 8 am when I arrived. They said I could have a room if I paid 10 euro per hour (70 euros!!) I declined the offer and all they could offer was storing my bag until 3pm. I came back begging to let me have a room at 12-30pm, but no, they said I had to wait. I enquired how many rooms they had , they said 240! I asked the guy at the counter if I could speak to the manager and only then they handed over a key to a room. The manager had already been approached by the guy at reception, several times, but no early room entrance. This was my 4th stay and it will be my last stay."
