“Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location for walking around downtown Montrose (which is very cute). We were initially placed in a queen room when we reserved a king; fortunately we were able to switch into a king. Coffee bar downstairs was convenient and made good drinks. There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. It’s only one flight which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. “I love the Minecart …great fire pit and sitting area…they have water, ice , coffee , cheese , fresh fruit and poptarts. The staff is amazing and the beds are wonderful!”

“We have stayed at this motel several times. Whenever we are in Montrose, CO, this motel is where we stay. The grounds are always clean. The rooms and facilities are always clean. The motel is located near the downtown part of town, and close to medical facilities, which I need. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar is always good and provides a wide selection of breakfast items. Everything is good at this location.”

“Rundown, old building with overpriced rates. No upkeep done with the high prices they charge. No auto open button at front door for wheelchair users. Just very poorly maintained.”
