"The property could have been taken care of a little better, lots of weeds in the flower beds in the parking lot. The pool was out of service every day of my stay except Saturday and it was ice cold. The black out curtains in my room had many holes and could have been replaced. The hotel was quiet and I slept well. Breakfast was good, lots of choices and kept stocked."
"The hotel was very clean and had a modern feel to it. Room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok depending on the day. The food for the most part was good enough. The flat sausage was to be desired. Few disappointments. I thought all of the Tru Hilton had a pool. This one did not have a pool but they had a pool table. Kids was bummed about that. I should have paid closer attention. The pool table, Jenga and outside connect 4 which the family enjoyed. The gym was great except the ac does not work in there. I guess you are guaranteed a sweat. The rooms are nice but they really don’t have a dresser, wardrobe or draws to put your clothes. I still have it 5 stars and would stay here again."
"This place was fine, and for the price, it was a good deal. It was convenient to the highway and some chain restaurants, which was helpful. The rooms were small (but that's fine), and it's not the Ritz-Carlton, but it was clean; it had an adequate breakfast; and it was in an area with a lot of other hotels, so it was safe. No frills, but I wasn't looking for any; I just needed a place to sleep :-)"
"The room was spacious and clean. It was great having a full-size refrigerator in the room. There are no room darkening curtains, just blinds that are about 3” short for the window, allowing in a significant amount of light. The bathroom light comes on automatically when entering the room and is very bright - a little jarring for middle of the night trips. The laundry basket in the room was very helpful and the laundry facilities were very nice but be prepared to pay a surcharge if using a debit/credit card rather than their app to pay for use of the washer and dryer.
Upon arrival I was surprised to find that there are no automatic doors to enter the lobby. I am spoiled from other hotel stays. That does make it a little more difficult to carry in luggage but there are buttons for handicap access. It took a while for a staff member to come to the check in desk, although I had seen her walk across a doorway to an adjacent room a few times and rang the bell a few times as well. I was immediately told that check in was at 3 pm until the staff person looked at the clock and saw that it was indeed after 3 pm. Although she was not sure if there were rooms ready she was able to find me one in the end."
"The staff was very accommodating, they allowed my to park my motorcycle under the Pavillion out front( out of the way of course) the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was darn tasty, and my stay was very nice."
