Breakdast food was good but couldn't get a fork to eat it with. Room was clean but TV was left set to Spanish with a very poor remote to try to identify how to change it to English. Four of the direct TV stations were blocked. When I tried to call the front desk for help, the phone was not working.

The room was super clean and perfect for a family with a full kitchen. Kids enjoyed the pool. The pool area was a bit cold, but it was 0 outside. The breakfast filled us up and small dinner snack was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel

The room was spacious! Shower was great!! Breakfast was amazing! If I had to offer improvements it would be to update the coffee pot in the room… it worked but it was old and missing the top to the carafe. Also the closet was missing a door. The tv didn’t have any channel information in the guide nor in the room. So we shut it off! The indoor pool was clean and warm!! And every staff member we encountered was cheerful and friendly!

The room was dirty. I had to wipe down surfaces myself. I had to request a vacuum and vacuumed myself since there was food and dirt on the floor from the previous guests behind the bathroom door had clumps of what looked like dry boogers on the wall. The pool was freezing. Even the pool room was cold. At around 8:30 PM, a gaggle of teenagers, entered the pool without key cards. The breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly
