“Great stay. The host was very responsive and space was beautiful. More than sufficient laundry facilities, privacy, and lovely location. The only drawback was parking. If you have no need for a vehicle, perfect otherwise you may need to hunt down a spot some days. It really depends on time of day and day of week. Street parking but it's free so that is a bonus. I met some really great fellow travelers as well.”

“Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money.”

“The parking can be difficult to navigate if you are not familiar with the area. I was not aware that I had to register at one location and stay in another, so that was a bit overwhelming. Also, not having a bathroom in the room was a bit frustrating. However, the property itself was great, and the staff was extremely helpful!”

“The website they were asking me to upload my id to did not work and when I asked the owner for a code or a different way to gain access he told me I was being rude and he hung up on me twice. I would not recommend this place. ”

“Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle.”

“Within easy walking distance to shopping, lock n’ dam viewing, outdoor/indoor multitude dining, and Sunday Ballard Market buying. Clean, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. ”

“It was a very walkable area with many close restaurants nearby. The room was clean but had a ridiculously expensive minibar in the room so bring snacks and drinks so you will not be tempted. I asked for a late check out due to my cruise time and was granted only one hour. I do not suggest this property for pre-cruise accommodations.”
