Ideally located for hillwalking and exploring the Cairngorms Stayed in one of the Hilton Suites comprising a sitting area, kitchenette bedroom and bathroom- the kitchenette was well fitted out with all the utensils and amenities required. All the areas were very well proportioned and roomy. The bed was very comfortable and the suite very clean. A great place to stay

We’ve had an excellent stay at Craigendarroch, I can’t really fault anything. Our suite was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable and very thoughtfully equipped. We also enjoyed use of the pool and had a lovely meal in the Keiller restaurant.

We loved the hotel and the grounds, we had a balcony and we were able to see squirrels, rabbits, all sorts of birds…even pheasant. The suite was so spacious and relaxing. The restaurant and bar were great and all the wait staff so friendly. We found the location very convenient for car day trips and walks to the village. We would definitely recommend this property.

Did not use all the facilities but had a wonderful stay. Be great to have a similar hotel near Aviemore as that is where we spent most our time. Loved the spacious and very clean suite that we stayed in.

The hotel is beautiful and the amenities such as the pool, workout room, etc. are excellent. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the finer dining restaurant. The service was great at check in, check out and the restaurant. Our room was extremely spacious and very nice. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the sitting area very nice. The big negative is there is no air conditioning. I guess I should have assumed this since the building is so old but we have stayed at older places that have been renovated and there is air conditioning. The hallways and common places in the hotel are so comfortable and it feels as though there is air conditioning there but not in the rooms.

We have stayed at Craigendarroch several times before, always in one of the lodges. This time we chose a Junior Suite in the hotel. Everything was even better than expected. Lovely accommodation, friendly staff and great facilities. We will definitely return.
