Friendly staff at the desk and the driver of the bus. Spacious room and happy hour is a PLUS. I encourage the hotel to update to high chair toilets; those few inches make a significant difference in the comfort especially to your knees.

No hot water and from what I heard it was out and not used up. Had to pay $15 to park on a 6” to 8” snow covered lot that I had to use four wheel drive to even get in a spot. It appeared to be a couple days old. Attempts at any snow clearing were substandard. No priority. On a good side the room was clean and the staff was pleasant.

Great breakfast. Nice happy hour. Food at dinner ok. But employees awesome. Front desk, maintenance, maids. Special shout out to the guy who was filling in at the omelette station at breakfast, he was amazing and so friendly and wonderful.
