I didn’t like what I was seeing. It seemed like a hotel for people who needed shelter. When you’re on vacation you don’t be in that environment.

Very stingy with bottles of water, breakfast inadequate. Cold eggs and sausages, no fruit selections for breakfast, no variety of teas.

The night I checked in to the hotel the bathroom door locked and the door handle looks like the kind of door you use for offices. I called the front desk and the lady said there is no maintenance person on the premises and he will not be an available until Monday. I told her that I have personal items in the bathroom. I asked if she could call a locksmith and she gave me a scissors to try to open the door. Apparently, looking at the door looks like someone might have experienced the same issue I did. I told her I am not. She can to my room with a screwdriver and saw that she is not going to be able to open it. I asked her what if a child was locked in the bathroom and she said she would kick the door. Ofcourse she know she can’t. I called the locksmith and he asked why will a hotel bathroom have that type of lock? I paid $189 that night and I told them that they have to pay me my money back and she said no.

We stayed one night for the Michigan/Maryland Football game. The lobby was clean, the room was clean and quiet.

Bad Breakfast
There was very limited breakfast on Saturday morning, juice was out, waffles were out, hot food was biscuitsand gravy but there were no biscuits, coffee was out. We waited for a while and ended up spending more time going to the Double T Diner(which was great!)i tried to save some money and time b picking a hotel with breakfast but that didn't work out. The hotel was about as expected for that price range.

They overbooked and did not honor my reservation. Had to drive 2 hours home at 2 AM. I was able to get into the lobby just long enough to see that the bathroom didn't have hand soap and the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty.

Disappointed in hotels.com and Comfort inn
I chose this hotel based on the high ratings on hotels.com. Upon arrival there were numerous people upset that they had overbooked the rooms and only one staff member to accommodate. Deshawn was the ONLY reason we were able to keep calm, he helped us with what he could. When we got to our room we discovered empty condom wrappers, a bag of an illegal substance, a disgusting uncleaned bathroom and living room….. black hairs EVERYWHERE, food still in fridge!!!!! All the hotels in surrounding areas were booked because of all the events going on. We were left with no choice but to get cleaning supplies from Deshawn and clean are own room. I have never had to clean my own hotel room not to mention the constant marijuana aroma. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE. How did this hotel have an 8.2 rating?!?!? I will never trust hotels.com again. Also, Deshawn needs a raise immediately!

I was disappointed with the breakfast. The only thing they had was biscuits and gravy The fruit that they do I’d have looked old. There wasn’t ant creamer for the coffee. D at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean.

Check-in was awesome and the front desk person was very professional and accommodating. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected. There were random hairs in the bathtub and on the floor around the toilet. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day and we requested trash removal and was told we had to come to the front desk to pick up trash bags. We also had to go to the front desk to pick up towels because our room wasn't cleaned at all on Saturday. The breakfast bar ran out of eggs, bagels, and they had cereal and no milk for two days straight.
