It was a meager amount of discomfort but the affordability and the friendly staff was infectious. Plus free parking in that area close to Ihop being practically across the street was a plus for me. 😆

Clean and comfortable but road noise

This Ramada is right on York road so a little noisely from traffic but it was clean and comfortable with a frig and microwave included.

Great staff, bad room.

The staff was super nice. Very helpful. The room however was disgusting. Pretty much walked into an ashtray. The floor had visible dirt and debris from other tenants. Every piece of bedding was stained. Comforter had cigarette burns all over it. Bathroom leaked from above. Still had painters tape all around the ceiling. Water bugs in the shower. So many things wrong with the room. I didn’t shower or even stay the morning for breakfast. Again. Staff was awesome. Room condition was disrespectful.

The room was dirty the bedding had blood on it the floor was dirty the toilet had cigarette burns on it the bathtub was dirty the room had some sort of water bugs the attendant at the front desk was not helpful he was not friendly at all there was no manager and he would not give me a number to reach a manager or a supervisor the only thing that was good was the pool my children had fun in the pool other than that I will never stay here again

The room was clean and the guy working the front desk was good. We had a couple of small issues and he came right out to fix them. Only real complaint. No cable tv just regular stations. Very basic very old.

Loved the jacuzzi but the hotel room looked filthy and there were roaches. Also smelled like old water and mildew through out the whole entire room.

Overall the property and stay were great. Good value for what you get. Very clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was advertised as “executive” continental but was just a couple of cold options and no proteins but we aren’t big breakfast people so we didn’t mind. Conveniently located close to expressways and nearby attractions. Parking a little small but almost always had a spot near our room. Traffic can be loud if you’re a light sleeper. Gas station and convenience stores directly across the street for an easy walk to late night snacks. Only 20 minutes away from a nice state park and beach on the bay. Many nice restaurants nearby as well. 30 min drive from airport car rental facility so it was convenient but out of the main city traffic. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We were given a room whose key card doorlock did not work. We were told whenever we needed to leave our room we could come to the front desk to get someone to let us back in using a traditional key to unlock the door. Quite inconvenient. The room itself was clean but the shower fixtures were falling off the wall. Mostly, this place was run down and in need of a major update.

Check in technology did not work for about 20 minutes. Had to call somewhere to get credit card authorization. Room was clean, but sheets had cigarette holes in them, plastic bag over smoke detectors, big trucks coming into car dealership next door until 11 PM -very noisy. But the room was clean even though lamp shade was broken, furniture was ragged, etc.

Beautiful Lovely clean place

I was so pleasantly surprised when I stayed here while road-trip. The staff couldn’t have been any more hospitable, lovely people. I had a large 1 bed room with all the amenities, fridge, microwave, iron, cofee maker etc. everything was clean. The house cleaning you can see the wonderful cheerful ladies everyday keeping the place clean and the laundry sheets, towels, were very clean. I love how close proximity everything was. Walk out the door you have Wawa and 711 across the street, chicfilet to the left of yr and poke bowls and frozen yogurt to the right. I ended up extending my stay bc it was so comfortable and private, clean and the closeness to the Maryland State Fair was Awesome! Whatever you need is pretty much in walking distance, coffee, Dunkin Donuts, target, Walmart.I felt very safe. Very friendly place. Beautiful property with a nice pool, lots of parking available. Check in was fast and easy. Overall great Ramada to stay short or long. I enjoyed my stay and the area. Thank you to the entire staff. Great people. I’ll be back.
