The staff were welcoming. The room was clean however it was a little noisy (from the vent and a banging sound near the window). The food was fresh and tasty. The location is great and very close to the harbour. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely come back.

This is my second visit to this hotel. Very convenient to inner harbor, Camden Yards, and metro. The staff are great. Room service was wonderful too.

Hotel was nice, nothing fancy or elaborate but clean and comfy beds. Buffett breakfast wasn’t worth the extra charge. Just order from the grille. Staff was kind, maintenance needed on elevators and escalator, but wasn’t horrible.
