If something is missing and you tell them, they try to fix as fast as possible. Also, remind them if you want cleaning, seems like they do it only when you ask for it. I would definitely come back and support them. Bed and AC is good. "

"Tänk på att innan ni bokar. så ligger hotellet mitt i ingenstans hyr man inte en moped så sitter man fast där. när receptionen är stängd kan inte”portvakten” hjälpa till med att beställa en taxi. Och det är väldigt långt till närmaste restaurang, halva vattenparken var avstängd 2 av 3 dagar vi bodde där, barnbarnen blev inte jättenöjda.. personalen var väldigt trevliga men dom kämpar i motvind."

"The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile. We called her down an hour or so later with a list of what was wrong in the room, but basically no response. The next day Nancy was there and everything ran...
