"Our stay at Lanta Miami was bliss. This is such a peaceful place and fantastic for a 3 star resort. We had a family beach bungalow and it was spacious with 2 king beds. Daily cleaning was really appreciated. The pool area does need a bit of updating but there’s so much shade and the pool is kept so clean. Being right on the beach was wonderful. "Perfect on the beach. Good food happy hour bar. Great pool. We stayed in the cheaper rooms up towards the main road still good but basic. We changed rooms as ours was not available but the upgraded room was not as nice no balcony no wardrobe. The cheapest was the better one. But the ones by the beach looked amazing. Koh lanta was my favourite place. And we really loved our time here. 7/11 opposite hotel and an fantastic pizza restaurant too "

"Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big.
