โLocation, quality of service, and even foods at the restaurant were all perfect for family trip. However, structure of building is very weak againt noise when somebody in next room makes noise after drinking at late evening. Problem is the reception close around 10 pm I had to complain next day but same thing was happened again on that day. Staff of the resort can only say sorry. โGreat location with many bars and restaurants nearby. The ferry pier and the beach were easily walkable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and there were at least 20 sun loungers to use. Breakfast was ok. The bed was very firm, it would not be to everyone's liking.โ

I think when you visit Phi Phi, you either just chose to stay somewhere very budget and cheap, expecting nothing. Or go to expensive resort which is usually bit away from the main street.โ
