"the staff, especially those at the counter, were rude and large spiderwebs were found on room door, suggesting a lack of quality maintenance. creaky bed on wheels and room smelt very unpleasant, comparably to rotten eggs. floor was wet perhaps due to location and drainage was bad — water could not flow. hair strands found on pillow upon entering and we left the hotel with many new mosquito bites. there are plenty of hotel alternatives of a similar price range that would offer a much better experience and stay."

"Best customer service, staff are always there to assist and provide exceptional service. They are always there for you! The rooms were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was great and the food was delicious. The spa services at oasis was great. The resort pool was clean and they had sea scooters for kids to play in the pool. They also have few restaurants on the property but we tried only 2 and bother were great. We tried saffron and the poop bar cafe that had burgers and other quick food and food and drink both were good. and ordered some room service. Overall we had the best time and already thinking about coming back."

But it was fresh and clean when I came to when I left, then service was amazing too so I didn’t have to worry about anything while I was staying here. "We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Mercury Phuket, Patong. The hotel has a very convenient location - it is within walking distance to both the mall and the beach, which made everything easy. When we arrived, we even received a yummy complimentary cake for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. The pool was nice and there were always chairs available, so it was easy to relax between outings. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options, and the overall service was great. The staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. We will highly recommend Grand Mercury Phuket to anyone visiting Patong!"
