In general it was an amazing stay. Clean room, amazing staff, great shuttle, the breakfast is amazing, do yourself a favor and add it to your stay, you can't go wrong. I rated the stay good instead of excellent. In truth it was excellent. The only issue, and in April in Bangkok this will sound crazy but the room was frigid cold. It was very difficult to change and when we did it defaulted back to the frigid cold setting. For most Farang it was probably the perfect setting. For Thai people, it was way to cold. Not sure how that is fixed but Foreigners will love that aspect.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, there was a lot of black mold on the deck and we had to walk through the gym to get to our room. We had stayed at the Amari in Vientiane the night before and were pleased with it. This place was a 3 not a 5 as advertised.
