The canal is a nice feature but a lot of mosquitoes because of it, bring some repellent. Food was good at the bar/restaurant but a bit expensive. Breakfast was pretty good but no bacon or ham unfortunately but was still good enough for our 2 night stay. The staff were lovely, the hotel is down an alley from the main road but there's lots of restaurants and a nice mall not too far. Overall 7/10 for me but stay only for a night or two.

Overall our stay was good. The property is a little bit older it seems but, it was kept clean and tidy. The lady at the check in was very nice and polite but, the two other ladies I dealt with during the stay and during check out were not exactly the epitome of nice or polite. There is definitely enough to do and eat around the hotel. It is very convinent if youre going to BKK but obviously not if youre looking at going more inner city as it is a bit of a drive.

Relaxing stay only minutes from BKK airport

Relaxing resort-style atmosphere, enjoying incredible Thai food outdoors along the Klong. Friendly staff. I guess I chose the lower-cost room as it did not have much in it. Just a lot of empty space. There are many restaurants and shops in walking distance. But we stayed and chilled at the resort.

Beautiful little place

Hotel was beautiful, the room was big, and the pool view is awesome! The only thing I have a problem with is the smell as soon as you enter the room. Once you’re inside, it doesn’t smell as bad. The bathroom smell too when you turn on the fan.

Convenient for airport

We stayed 1 night before getting a flight home. Our room was clean but was not inviting.Ours ovelooked the car park. We slept and showered, checked out. The pool.did not appear clean so we didnt use it. Breakfast, we only drank the coffee as the hot food was cold. The outdoor seating area near the canal is nice and relaxing . The airport transfer is good value £200 baht.

My husband and I checked into Arnanta last minute after our flight got delayed, there were so many great food and drink options at the restaurant to enjoy either by the pool or down by the river. It felt like a lovely Santuary and was easy to forget we were so close to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was not hot however we have found that to be a recurring theme during our stay in Thailand so may need to be something that is expected. It was also very easy to arrange a shuttle to the airport for when needed, we would gladly stay here again.

Pool access room was very spacious, comfortable beds and pillows. Horrible smell from the bathroom. Complained twice, they offered room spray which didnt help the problem. Should have insisted to move rooms but was too tired from travelling. Mold in areas of bathroom and toilet leaked onto floor. Not sure what the smell was, perhaps sewer? Lovely resort situated along the river. Very convenient to airport and walking distance to shopping mall. Didnt have time for breakfast but looked like typical buffet thai style with nescafe coffee. Would I stay again, no.

This is a great spot for a layover; it's very close to the airport, with a nice quiet, leafy space to relax in (a couple of nice pools too), right on the canal. It's close to a couple of malls for anything you might need.
