I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was peaceful and very relaxing, and I felt completely safe throughout my visit. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and tastefully designed. Everything is perfect except one mosquito :)

Overall 6-nights stay is over my expectations. Love the cleanliness and quietness. However, I was bitten by a mosquito on my bed while watching tv on my second night and I killed it. Personally I hate mosquitoes. :( didn’t see any for thé rest of my stay tho.

The room was dirty, with a lot of hair that was not mine on the bathroom. Besides that, the floors rom was durty, with a lot of marks of shoes. The shower was not good, it took 10 minutes to take hot and the pressure was terrible.

This resort had clean spaces and rooms. Food was excellent and they were very conscious of our food allergies - gluten and dairy. Massage was good but expensive for the area. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was good. Could walk some places. My only issue was some of the deferred maintenance in the room. Toilet kept clogging, one of the sink spouts was detaching and the shower water pressure wasn't great. Overall a good stay and would choose again.

Construction all around the property that will take a long time to complete. whole room flooded with a 5 minute shower had to switch rooms. Not a good spot if you want to relax.

Very good breakfast. Pool is nice, the water is a bit cold but doable. Due to the construction at the next building it was very noisy at the pool. Earplugs helped but because the wifi in the hotel is overall poor it also listening to vids did not go smoothly. Tv channels and quality are below standards. Location was good. If you catch the boot on time you could be in Central World in 10mins, Siam and MBK in 15.

A couple of things I would like to give feedback on now that I was a guest at your hotel three weeks. The service was very good and friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were always ready to help and friendly. The pool and its garden were really relaxing and beautiful. A nearby construction site brought stress with its loud noises early in the morning. When I left, I ordered a wake-up call (3am) and a taxi. I went to the reception the night before to order this separately. The wake-up call never came and a taxi was never ordered.I need to order a taxi again in the morning. The internet in room was really bad and I have to get a separate internet for this.

スタッフの方もみなさん親切で広い部屋だったのですが、部屋の臭いとシャワールームの床の古さと汚さがかになりました。 部屋の臭いはおそらくトイレから出ているようでした。他の口コミにもあったがバルコニーは水浸しで外には出れなかったです。
