The hotel is right across the street from the train, which was very convenient for getting there from the airport and back again. The restaurant and beer garden are very good, and the rooms are updated and spacious. I'd definitely stay again!

This hotel seriously needs a major renovation. Everything was so so old! The carpet was sticky, the bathroom accessories were slightly rusty, the towels were over washed (thin and slightly greyish). The mattress was also very old and uncomfortable. That said, hotel is located just beside the BTS and the location was excellent. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the check-in/ out processes were fast and smooth. Three stars for the staff, one star for the hotel.

Clean & Friendly

I stayed here twice and both times the lobby, rooms, dining, and pool area were all extremely clean and pleasant. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful! (I event went to another Four Points location by accident before checking in here, and the staff there very kindly redirected me to this location.) The hotel also stored my larger bags for a few days for free while I went on a weekend trip to Phuket.

I wanted to take the elevator down to the ground floor, but the elevator was completely out of service. I was really scared at that time. Afterwards, I asked the hotel to explain why they did not proactively notify all guests before the fire alarm test, but I still haven’t received any reply by the time I checked out 😓 The female staff member who answered the phone was quite cold 😓 The female staff at the buffet breakfast counter on the 8th floor was not very friendly 😓 The bedsheets in the hotel room had obvious stains, the soundproofing was very poor, and the ceiling in the shower room leaked water, so every time I wanted to shower, my hair would get wet. Many receptionists in the hotel lobby were very good 👍 polite, and even willing to smile 😅 The manager of the 8th-floor restaurant was also very good 👍 The IT department staff were very helpful in assisting me.

Extremely convenient as it is next to Phloen Chit BTS and near to most of the shopping mall such as Siam Paragon, CentralwOrld, Big C, Terminal 21 and also Erawan Shrine. The only setback is the non-stop traffic jams at the road fronting the hotel. For example, we were tired after shopping at Terminal 21 carrying a lot of shopping bags and decided to take a Grab back to our hotel. We were stucked in serious traffic jam and it took us almost 2 hours to reach the hotel. We could have taken the BTS and only take less than 10 mins. So if you are taking BTS other than Grab or taxi, this hotel is a fantastic location.

BEWARE!! upon check-out I was fraudulently charged Accommodating with breakfast for each of the 6 nights I stayed at Four Points! When I explained that I never agreed knew or received any breakfasts the receptionist told me "Sir you have to pay" Other than that I enjoyed the hotel. It's next to a train stop, the area is very walkable with everything near by or a short ride away. The hotel was clean. Gym was better then I anticipated and rooftop pool was delightful. My room was a decent size, modern/ updated and comfortable. My only complaint about the room was my carpet had a lot of stains It needs to be professionally cleaned. They provided slippers so I used those! *reminder if your coming from Canada/USA bring an outlet converter. Their USB port saved me.
