I booked Shangri-La with a lot of expectations, but I guess I was expecting too much. I had to wait for a long time because the room was not ready at check-in, and the process of changing the room was not easy, and I was explained that I could use the club lounge until the day I checked out, but I could not use it because the card key was not applied at all. At checkout, I waited for a long time due to the handling of inexperienced staff, and there was no explanation during this process. Upon check-in, there was no explanation about the breakfast time, location, and how to use the club lounge, which is unfortunate. It's also unfortunate that there was no information about the smoking room when changing rooms (I had a headache from how much smoke was smoked in the next room, but I didn't want to repeat the process again to change rooms, so I just used it). It may be a disadvantage to be labeled using Shangri-La, but as a hotel representing Bangkok, Shangri-La hopes to provide a higher level of service, and I am posting a review.
