"The pool is still out of order which s disappointing since it’s a really nice pool. The staff should tell the people checking in that the pool is out of order and it should be made known when making reservations. The hot tub was great. Beds are comfy, it’s quiet for sleeping. Even though the location is on a busy road, it’s surprisingly quiet. Check in and out is quick and easy."

"I was checking in late and needed help finding the property. Brian who was at the front desk the night I checked in was helpful in helping me find the property. When I arrived he was quick to check me in after my hours long car ride. He let me know what I needed to know and got me my room so I could go relax. In the morning, the breakfast was stocked and the seating was amble. The tables were clean. Checkout was a breeze. I will be up to the UP often and will be staying here again."

"Our room was large, very comfortable with a king bed and sofa bed. The large walk-in shower was a plus. The room was not so good with noise between floors and from the hallway. Wasn’t enthusiastic about the check in area being in the coffee shop. That being said, we would definitely stay there again."

"The room was spotless and well appointed. The sheets on the beds are microfiber and very uncomfortable. Natural fiber would be much better. The heating system is central for the entire building so we were too warm and unable to adjust to our comfort level. I do however recommend this place & will be staying again. It’s very conveniently located."
