"The area is great can’t fault that. The hotel lobby bar etc are well decorated and look quite posh. But the rooms are not. They are run down. The chair were frauds and falling apart and smelt. The bathroom had mould around all the seals. The mattress was well used and just pulls you straight into the middle. Whilst the location of this hotel is prime the actual hotel is not worth staying in. "

Only reasons for 4 start over 5 are small areas for improvement: Little more attention to detail on cleaning needed - dirty used tray in oven/ food debris in cutlery tray. Would also appreciate communication re access to property being sent a little sooner, was worried it wouldn't be sent."
