“Top notch hotel.”

“Enjoyed the stay until breakfast time which wasn’t good and spoilt our experience. Took 15 mins to be served coffee and 45 mins to be served our breakfast. Restaurant was only half full so not busy. Also after waiting that long my wife’s breakfast was the wrong order. There was no salt and pepper on the table so we asked the waitress to get us some. She didn’t come back so my wife had to go and ask her again. After the third time of asking she eventually brought us some. Shame to have been let...

“It’s really not obvious why this a 5-star hotel: I should just about be a 4-star. Positive attributes included: comfortable bed, quiet and fairly clean room. The location is quite good. The unrelated-to-the-hotel Ora restaurant/wine bar across the street has really exceptional food. Negative issues included: surprisingly poor breakfast, room heating not under occupant control, no soap in bathroom at outset and hair conditioner dispenser empty. “정말 너무 맘에 드는 호텔이지만, 가격이 비싼게 흠. 하지만 정말 좋다. 서비스는 좋음, 호텔조식은 약간 짜지만, 충분히 먹을만함. 실내수영장은 크기가 작다. 너무 좋아서 다시 가고싶지만, 값에 망설이게 될듯”
