“We were upgraded to a Presidential Suite for my 80th birthday which was very much appreciated. Reception and dining room staff were very efficient and doormen who advised us on were certain shops we wanted to visit were very friendly and helpful. In the restaurant you were shown to a table,given a menu and served at your table. Service and food was excellent. We enjoyed our stay there and hope to go back in the near future”
