“The level of service was exceptional and the staff were friendy and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious and it was a lovely suprise to have table service instead of a buffet. It is disappointing that the hotel is due to close on the 30th September, as we would have visited again in the autumn.”

“It’s really not obvious why this a 5-star hotel: I should just about be a 4-star. Positive attributes included: comfortable bed, quiet and fairly clean room. The location is quite good. The unrelated-to-the-hotel Ora restaurant/wine bar across the street has really exceptional food. Negative issues included: surprisingly poor breakfast, room heating not under occupant control, no soap in bathroom at outset and hair conditioner dispenser empty. “정말 너무 맘에 드는 호텔이지만, 가격이 비싼게 흠. 하지만 정말 좋다. 서비스는 좋음, 호텔조식은 약간 짜지만, 충분히 먹을만함. 실내수영장은 크기가 작다. 너무 좋아서 다시 가고싶지만, 값에 망설이게 될듯”
