Check in staff were disinterested and not the level of experience and welcome you'd expect from a 5 star hotel (note not the doorman who was excellent). 2. “We had a small issue upon arrival in our room where the toilet hadn’t been cleaned around the seat, lid and pedestal. We raised this with the front desk who responded very quickly and got it sorted and we also received an apology letter and chocolates. Other than this we had a great time, the hotel is perfectly located, all the staff are excellent, especially Catriona on the front desk who we really liked. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. We are planning on going back...
