The location was great, right in the middle of restaurant row. The pool was open and available, the recreation room was closed. My room was clean, but the bedspread was stained badly. My TV did not have a remote control. I had to go back to the front office and ask for one.

Staff was great when i checked in. However the noise during night was aweful. I did ask for someone to go tell whoever was right above me to please ask them to quite down and I dont know if anyone did. I will not be staying here again. Oh and people were screaming in the halls at 2 a.m.

Beds were comfortable. Drain did not drain well in shower, no refrigerator, elevator was not in working order. Picture on the website are deceiving, shows a fridge. Did not say the elevator would not work.

Diamond in the rough

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel but I can see it moving in that dirrection. That being said, it was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the staff was amazing. They are under new management and I can see the improvements being made. I spoke with (I hope I get the names right) Tammy and Debbie and they told me about what is panned as far as renovations. They were so sweet and we had such a good conversation. The staff at the front desk were so nice. I can't wait to come back next time I travel through Bartlesville.

The facility is still working to transition i think. You could see where somethings still needed completed. They didn't have refrigerator and microwave in the room for leftovers. The TV had dark places in the screen. The room was clean, the air kept it cool with the really hot weather outside, the bed a as clean and comfortable, check in was quick, house keeping was really nice about providing towels and supplies, and the pool was just about perfect. Plan to stay here again when we come to Bartlesville for family.

The staff were helpful and cordial. The air conditioning was efficient. There were restaurants,fuel stations, shopping malls, banks, etc., all around. There is an indoor pool. They have rooms with efficiency kitchens. They just need to hire and maintain pest control. They allow pets. There were renovations going on while I was there.

The only thing good about the stay at this hotel was the checkin was simple the rooms were dirty the toilets were dirty the showers didn't work properly the cabinets were broken the countertop was broken the sink had Brown water in it. The mattresses on the beds were at least 15 to 20 years old very uncomfortable the pillows are decent. The bedding was very outdated air conditioner didn't blow cold only semi-cold.

I honestly do not reccomend to stay at this place. If you dare to check in after midnight, they charge an extra day( which is not even posted on their site) beds were squeaky, sheets smelled dirty and the carpets were real filthy. I honestly just booked to stay the night, not for the luxury, but I will rather stay anywhere else. I will definetely not book here ever again

The sheets were dirty, scattered hair on them. I offered to put clean sheets on myself but was told there were none. So after walking long distances to bring in my things and get unpacked I had to repack and move to another room. Then at 4 am someones dog began loudly barking & woke me up. It was a miserable night here and Id definitely not stay again.
