“도심지와 인접하고 대규모 공원이 있어 좋았다. 도보로 관광지에 다니거나 트램과 열차를 이용하기 편함. 다만 방에 기차소음이 장난아니며 방마다 담배찐냄새에 질림. 매일 방청소나 수건 교체등 아쉬움이 있었습니다.”

“불편: 304호 화장실은 복도를 사이에 두고 떨어져 있어서 별도 열쇠로 매번 문을 열어야만 했습니다. (I must always open the bathroom using another key because the bathroom is located separately across the hallway.) 화장실에 샤워기가 고정되지 않음. 방에 냉장고가 없음 장점: 저렴한 가격. 좋은 위치. 가격대비 훌륭한 조식. 친철한 직원들. 다음에 이즈미르를 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.”

“Not sure why this place has such high reviews. Can you find a better place in Izmir for this price? Probably not—but still, my room was small and worn out, and overpriced (stayed in late August). You do avoid all the bar/club noise from near the sea, but it was hardly quiet and peaceful: it’s near a noisy and very busy highway, and there was terrible construction noise (earth shaking pounding) from the lot next door. I’ve got to hand it to the Turkish construction workers, squeezing every ounce...
