“I loved everything about my stay here - the location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the style and vibe, and the staff. I highly recommend it.”

“This hotel is genuinely quite exquisite. One of the most beautiful I have visited in over thirty years of world travel. The actual setting, experienced amidst the Autumn hues, is genuinely stunning. “Excellent location. Large comfortable room. Very clean. Helpful pleasant staff. Shopping close..”

“Much has been written about worn condition of 1970’s vintage modernist building and we certainly found that evident on exterior. Lack of maintenance may be related to shared use of structure by hotel and multiple condominium units. The hotel interior including lobby, dining areas and guest rooms all updated and very nice…and service by staff was excellent.”

“Personnel aimable et accueillant. Petit dej à la hauteur des €24 demandés. Espace Balnéo très bien avec différents jets collectifs et individuels (box) ainsi que Sauna et Hammam bien chauds !! Chambre et literie très bien également. Un endroit où l’on retournera avec grand plaisir. Seul chose à vérifier, chambre vue mer à préciser (si dispo).”

“This is a lovely hotel situated on the main street leading down to the small beach at Port Vieux , Biarritz. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and a welcome drink ( glass of sangria ) , which was a nice touch. Rooms compact but very cosy with good bathroom and very comfortable bed . Decent breakfast included in the price . 2 minutes walk to coast , and excellent restaurants nearby .Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any friends who were visiting Biarritz.”
