If you are on a budget and just want a place to (try and) sleep in, this place might be for you. The unit we got was old and in an average condition, and had a pee-smelly toilet. The unit is connected to another unit by a thin wall, and we could hear every sound made in the unit next door. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well. The balcony is also shared between 2 or 3 units, and nothing stops the neighbour from venturing right outside our unit. If you want a good night’s sleep, and a room that is cosy and warm, skip this place. If you are on a budget and doesn’t mind a much-to-be-desired room, this place might just be it.

Peaceful at night

Your room is on stilts and it sways when someone is walking. There were moments of peace but there's a mosque near by with a loud speaker, doing the call to prayer several times a day. If you're only here to sleep, can't beat the price. It's peaceful and relaxful at night, the a/c even works.

Worst hotel we ever stay. For 3 nights there is no room service which we don't really care but at least a change of towel and provide us with water, there is no hot water for shower. 1 room is only provided with 1 towel and there is no blanket, only bed sheets to use as blanket. Disappointing

Out of the town. Quite and nice place for a solo trip or couple. Pretty good experience being with the locals. See the actual batam.

Nice view. friendly and warm staff. only thing to talk about is the security the door lock was very weak and the back glass window to the balcony does not have any lock. We have a shared balcony with 3 other room so they could have just walk over
