Felt more like a shelter than a hotel. Didn’t feel safe. Building was run down and dingy.

Definitely stay away from this hotel. First, the hallways and room smelled strongly of cigarettes (we did not book a smoking room). The room also smelled like body odor and sewage. The furniture in the room was very run down and in bad shape. The sink was broken and there was even a cigarette burn on the sheets. We only stayed because we got in at 12:30am and just needed to sleep. When we notified staff while checking out, they did not care. I think they know they run a dirty trashy hotel and they don’t care. I don’t know how this place is in business still honestly. And to add on, the waterpark is only open Friday Saturday Sunday and this is not disclosed anywhere on their website. But from the other reviews I’ve now read, it sounds like we dodged a bullet there.

The place was really comfortable like any hotel people were there. The staff was very attentatiive. The children played for a long time in the water park area. We had no complaints.

This property has a bad odor. The room was stinky and dirty. I didn’t stay in the room 5 minutes before calling and getting a refund.

The hotel was close to Batavia Downs Casino where we were seeing a show but that was the only plus. The property was rundown on the outside and much worse inside. Everything felt old, the decor, the carpeting and the room was quite outdated. No safe, no refrigerator, no ashtray for a smoking room, very few outlets and the heater/air conditioner was so loud it sounded like it would break down any minute. The beds were comfortable enough but nothing had a crisp, just cleaned feel to it. the shower curtain had seen better days but the room was reasonably clean. The pictures on your site need updating. It shows A beautiful lobby & reception area-it was a huge room with virtually no furniture or decor. The pictures show a full breakfast in it's own room-the breakfast was laid out next to the reception desk and featured a tray of glazed donuts, oatmeal, cereal & coffee. We went to Denny's instead. If you want to stay near the casino and don't mind reliving another era then this place is for you. Otherwise, fine something that has been updated to this century.

Awesomeness
It was a nice hotel. The room was nice. Especially the jacuzzi being open was great after a long drive. All the people were amazing that were staying there. The worker's were all very friendly and very helpful. The only negative thing i would say is there wasnt much at the breakfast at all but other than that it was amazing! Will definitely stay there again if im ever back in town

This hotel was beyond disgusting!!! The check in process was quick and easy, but my room was so dirty and completely run down. There were grease smudges on the mirror, my toilet was running (very loudly) and would not flush. The privacy lock on the door, did not work! I went back to the front desk to ask for a new room and was accommodated. The front desk associate walked me to my new room to ensure satisfaction and insisted coming into the room with me and I Ben let the door close behind him which made me uncomfortable. I agreed that it was ok because of the pressure I felt with him in my room. On his way out, he was completely inappropriate and decided to compliment me on my beauty. To no surprise the second room was also VERY dirty and run down. The second room had stains on the couch and floors, the wallpaper was ripped off, shower curtain was black at the bottom, many holes in the wall, cigarette burns in the comforters, and on the bedside tables. The heating and cooling system was turned OFF, but was still very loud and did not stop running all night. I traveled 4 hours away and did not arrive until about 9pm. With my late arrival and all of the issues, it was very hard to find another hotel within the area that was not going to charge me hundreds of dollars for the night. I was leaving at 6am to continue with my trip, so it left me no choice but to stay in this hotel. I was extremely uncomfortable and I wouldn’t even recommend this hotel to a dog.

Staff was friendly. First room I had the door keys didn’t work. The staff member then upgraded me and my boyfriend to a king suite which was nice due to the inconvenience the first time. Then the one elevator was down when we first got there. Too bad they closed the restaurant that was in that hotel. Another thing we disliked was how small the dang bathroom was. Like come on now could use a bigger bathroom especially in a suite.

Not very good. No Waterpark open no frig in room. Bed broken and only 1 elevator working. Toilet kept running.

This place is horrible needs to be shut down disgusting. I wanted to leave iam sure there was bed bugs. No smoke dector in room it was torn apart batteries on floor crack in mirrior and sink toilet was broke . No garbage can in room . It was the dirtiest place i ever been . I will never go there . I cant believe this place is still running. The health department needs to come shut it down .

This property advertises right in their name that they have an attached waterpark. They don’t mention anywhere on their listings that the waterpark only operates on Saturday and Sunday for something like a 4 hour window of time. Hotel in general needs a major update. Wall paper coming off the walls, ceiling tiles that are water stained, furniture has stains, carpets are worn out, back door to the property doesn’t even lock shut so anyone has full access to the hotel rooms whether they have a reservation or not. Restaurant wasn’t functioning but there are quite a few places in the vicinity to eat and shop. The only real positive to this property was the actual staff, they all did a great job.

If I could give zero stars I would because this hotel doesn't even deserve one star. It always smells stinky of cigarettes, they do not maintain the property or rooms, the bathtub in the room was clogged, I had reserved a king room through expedia and when I arrived at the hotel they told me that they were sold out for king bed, apart from the fact that they wanted to charge me 206 dollars because according to the receptionist did not show up the reservation, they have dirty carpets and the smell of cigarettes always comes out from the carpets, that whole place is horrible, they need another team work, please do not book at this hotel, it is not worth it, you are going to lose your money and time. Si le pudiera dar cero estrellas lo hiciera porque ni una estrella merece este hotel siempre huele apestoso a cigarrillo, no le dan mantenimiento a la propiedad o a las habitaciones, la bañera de la habitación estaba tapada, yo había reservado una habitación king por expedia y cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que estaban sold out a parte que me querían cobrar 206 dolares porque segun la recepcionista no le aparecia la reserva, las alfombras sucias y siempre sale el mal olor a cigarrillo todo en ese lugar es horrible necesitan otro team work, porfavor no reserven en este hotel no vale la pena van a gastar su dinero y su tiempo.

There was nothing I liked about this property. It is old and run down. The security lock on the door was broken, the bedside lamp was broken. The room was dim and there was an unpleasant smell. I reserved a king size bed and we had a room with 2 doubles instead. I spoke with the front desk and was told I was wrong, but they had upgraded us to a suite. Nice, but unnecessary. I would rather have had a comfortable bed. Front desk offered no information when we asked about a place to eat. We canceled the second night we had originally booked.

Room was shabby, furniture looked like it was from a garage sale. Onelight didn't work and the other was clearly a hazard. Air conditioner didn't work...i could go on. Worst place!

This place should be condemned. Worst hotel room ever. Mold growing in room, bad odor, no bathroom exhaust fan, no shade on lamp, no light connected to wall switch, no tv remote, swayback beds, no extra lock on door. List goes on. Terrible.

The people were great and helpful. Fixed a couple of issues with the room right away. The hotel itself is a dump. Filthy, garbage everywhere, breakfast was not good. No bar or restaurant. Then when the roach crawled up the wall at 7am next to our bed we bugged out of that hotel fast. The small water park was nice for our 6 yr old but that cost $20 should of been included with the $165 hotel cost. I cant believe that Clarion allows this hotel to have their name.

The bathroom looked moldy and the vent exhaust was exposed so like dust would come out when I turned on the bathroom light. I saw cockroaches and that made me paranoid and I had to make sure my bags and clothes were secure. The gym was closed and there was an additional fee for the water park which is not listed on Expedia, but even if I was willing to pay the additional $15/pp fee the water park closes at 7pm. The breakfast was poor. I would never stay there again. Also there was a sign in the bathroom that said there was a $20 charge for stolen towels. I don’t steal towels but I just thought that would be cheapskate thing to do knowing damn well those towels couldn’t be worth fifty cents.
