"Highlights were the beautiful, high ceiling room, the lovely doorman who worked on Tuesday-all day and Wednesday, and the awesome bartender from Germany who craft d great cocktails and made us laugh at the same time!"

"Firstly despite the pictures on Hotels.com, this hotel does not have a pool of any shape size or description. Having got over that disappointment the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful beyond words. The hotel itself is a bit tired but it is starting to undergo, by the sounds of it, a fairly major makeover. Being an old building it has no air con but we were provided with 2 fans to help. I will be interested to see how the changes affect the property and will book this hotel again when we go back to Bath. The hotel itself is situated directly opposite Bath Spa station so if you are travelling by train it is ideally situated. Only a couple of minutes walk into the centre of town."
