“the room at basement was low ceiling and I felt we were prisoners or maids. do not recommend to stay family room at the basement. afternoon tea and breakfast were great.”

“Richard is a wonderful and generous host full of gentle attentions. His Grosvenor Villa has a great history that you will start discovering as soon as you enter the magnificent lobby. A nice 20 minutes walk to reach downtown Bath, it’s a central point to discover Stonehenge, Bristol, Cardiff and the charming villages of the Cotswold. We highly recommend it and we would we would return with so much pleasure!”

“It wasn't clear to me that breakfast wasn't included in the price. That was my only disappointment. It was a really nice location. There was a bit of noise from traffic (some rooms face a kind of busy street) but they provided ear plugs.”
