"That and more. Attention to detail, goodies every day in your room, popcorn, cookies, teas, sleepy tea, lavander spray forbyour pillows, lips balms, lotion to keep in your purse. Sparkle clean bathtub, showers and towels.
The restaurant waitress, nice rember your name, ours was Alexia and Felix, those two are A+ associates.
My only advise its to place security bar's or handicap bar in the tub, other than that. Perfect"
"Stayed 2nights for my husbands birthday. Excellent location. Staff were very attentive, especially Heidi who booked a restaurant reservation and gave recommendations of where to eat etc. loved Bath and we will be back. Loved the quirky decor!! "
"Very comfortable hotel. Really fantastic and friendly service. Couple of issues with my son's room which they dealt with immediately and moved him to another room.
But the piece de resistance is the amazing Roman spa which guests can use in the morning and evening for 2 hours. Several different pools of different temperatures plus sauna and steam room. And of course a gym and treatment rooms available all day. Delicious family dinner in the restaurant - really excellent food. Would happily go back."
