โMy wife and I stayed at the Greenhills for a week in June 2025. The short walk through the immaculate and beautiful gardens from the car park set the tone for our stay. Attention to detail is everything here. The hotel is beautiful inside, the staff attentive, considerate, kind and knowledgeable. We ate in the AA two rosette dining room and sampled both the a la carte and table dโhote menus during our stay the food was wonderful, the wines superb. The room we stayed in was a ground floor room...
โWe had the most amazing stay at the Atlantic after a last minute cancellation of our holiday to Majorca. From start to finish the staff made sure every part of our stay was a memorable & tranquil experience. A special shout out to Nathan for being the most brilliant person in every way:-) โ
โUpon our arrival we were greeted by Stephen (the head porter), our bags were taken from us and we were offered a chilled glass of orange juice whilst we were checked in.
We made our way up to our room (86 - sea view balcony) and our bags were only a minute or two behind us.
Our room was just large enough, the king-sized bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was fab, and the balcony had the best view of St Brelade's bay just over the road.
We walked on the beach and then swam in the sea or...
โIt was on the beach, room view was the sea, facilities were great within room and accommodated our request for walk in shower. The restaurant staff were beyond excellent, not met any restaurant staff even in luxurious hotels this good. Food was delicious and well presented, restaurant really listened and actively sought out information for potential allergens and communicated them. View from room onto bench and tacos selected and accommodated for food allergy.โ
โGreat staff who couldn't do enough for you. Food lovely especially the cocktails.
Rooms very comfortable could do with a fridge though.
Loved the views and the peace and quiet.โ
โBeautiful location with great views over the bay! The path down to the beach is handy for beach days or a walk along the front.
The hotel has everything you need, we had the self catering room which was perfect for kids.
Bus stops are right outside the hotel for travel to the airport and St Helier.
A great hotel, I would definitely recommend! โ
โWe had a lovely week here. The apartment had everything we wanted and was easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and buses. The staff are welcoming and couldnโt have been more helpful.โ
โLovely big single room at good price. Nice breakfast. Amazing beautiful gardens, outside space and swimming pool. Shuttle into town or 40 min walk. Definitely coming back โ
โWonderful experience for our Ruby anniversary celebration. Cracking location overlooking the beach and close to the centre of St Helier. 5* service and luxury. The Tasilli restaurant is superb.โ
โWe really liked this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and we even had a little fridge which was great for keeping drinks cool.
There was a trouser press that we couldn't figure out. Mind you we were slightly concerned to see that the electrical safety testing was a few years out of date on this and on the fan that was provided. Saying that, it was lovely to have the tower fan and windows that opened nice and wide. (There wasn't Aircon but it was absolutely fine)
The pool looked...
โBeautiful property, the garden is very pleasant though itโs not big. But it offers the possibility to lay down in the sun. Very good spa with a nice range of spa treatments available. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the city centre though it is possible to walk. We did, it took us around 20 mins to get there. The restaurante is also very good, with live music twice a week. Excellent breakfast.โ
โLovely sea view.
Staff were very helpul and friendly, particularly Keffas and reception.
Very clean and well kept
No noise, comfortable room, gentle sea lulls you to sleep.
Large mugs for tea & coffee were high on the list.
Pool was pristine and just the right temp. โ
