"Excellent location, Excellent staff, comfortable room, great hot water pressure, great toweks, comfortable bed and pillows, a lot of outlets and usb ports, quiet, great a/c. Only room for improvement is breakfast. Everything that should be hot is cold, not many choices for westerners. "

"Mandarin Oriental is rarely below superb. The rooms are exquisite. The service staff is phenomenal. Amenities are on spot. Just one dissapointment is that having given us an upgrade to a higher floor they didn't include the Club. It was a menial thing that the reception staff could have handled better. Or at least include the Petronas view. It was barely an upgrade. Completely different from The Prestige in Penang; they went all in but it is the Marriott experience. "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to KL. An added bonus is that the hotel is located with 5mins walk to popular shopping malls and restaurants. "

"We had an excellent experience. I was a bit apprehensive travelling with an infant and a newborn but they made us feel so welcome. From the tent for my infant to the small amenities and friendly staff - it was one of the best stays that we have had. Highly recommend!"
