“7월부터 보증금 룸당 100링깃이 추가되어서 당황했습니다만 어차피 돌려주는거라 상관없었습니다. 일반객실이 만실이여서 룸업그레이드는 모너무 좋았지만 객실청소상태가 조금은 청결하지 못했습니다. 객실청소에 조금더 신경써주세요. 감사합니다”

“ I came to Penang to register my daughter into USM. It’s a great choice. It’s near to USM around 15mins. Car can park inside hotel with gates for FREE. speedmart 100meter, waking distance for local food. Becareful they lock the gate at 12midnight for security .”

“The hotel ppl were very thoughtful. They called to provide the late check in procedures for my late arrival time. The room was clean. The only drawback was that it was a loft and might not be suitable for old ppl.”

“Modern and thoughtfully designed hotel with great amenities, courteous and helpful staff, and a hip vibe that belies the neighborhood. The bathroom was well stocked, the shower a pleasure, and housekeeping was unseen but we always had clean towels and water. Every request we made of the staff was handled promptly and personally, kudos for the outstanding service. The location is, unfortunately, not ideal for such a premier property. The area is not really walkable, there isn't much to do...

“Everything was good. The room for the price was ok. It is just behind Eastin hotel and this is a business trip. Next to Queensbay mall and lots of restaurants nearby. Good location.”
