"There were hairs everywhere in the bedroom. The shower handle didn’t work so there was no pressure and barely any hot water. The smoke alarm started chirping around 4 in the morning, battery was dead. When I went to the front desk and the night manager’s solution was to have me switch rooms instead of changing the battery. In the next room the TV didn’t work. On top of that the elevator sounded like it was about to break down."

"What was disappointing was, the shower kept going warm, hot, and cold while showering."

"This is an unsafe space for solo female travelers. As I was checking in there was a person yelling at the front desk about something which should have been my first clue but it was late and I just wanted to sleep after traveling a long way. Got my key and found my room. The balcony directly above my room had 5-6 men standing outside on the railing watching me as I parked and went inside and dropped my bag. No issues from them but it was very unsettling being watched by a group of men. Took my dog for a walk around and around the corner of our room a man and woman were engaged in a loud argument in which the man started trying to kick in her door while she yelled that her kid was inside and to stop. That was my last straw, I packed up my stuff and left for another hotel. Not worth the stress."

"Elevator inoperable. For the price the hotel was adequate, not particularly pleasurable. Cable tv terrible."

"The carpets were so gross. And sticky. Don't walk around without shoes. The elevator what was listed in wheelchair accessible things did not exist. So neither is wheelchair accessible gym. And the first floor restroom was out of order. It was a smoke free hotel but the hallways and stairwells smelled of it. People would prop the side doors open and stand in the doorways to smoke. There was an arbor company residing there so the entire parking lot was full of their big trucks and trailers making it hard to park. We had to park next door and walk over. We were there for a Special Olympics event so I was sadden that they were less than accommodating in accessibility to a lot of our athletes "

"The staff were all very helpful, and kind. We were there for the Special Olympics Summer games, and they were so patient and kind. Our room was clean, and in good condition. The breakfast had good options, and was well stocked. Plenty of parking."
