“Amazing staff and clean, beautiful hotel in a prime location in Lake Jackson. The breakfast was great! The staff constantly kept checking in on us to see how our stay was going. I would definitely recommend this hotel to another family. ”

“We stayed here prior to going on a cruise, btw only 2 minute's from the port. Excellent hotel,rooms super clean staff is friendly and a nice breakfast the next day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to staying for a cruise or just a visit.”

“Floors were sticky, fire alarm hanging down from the ceiling, shower curtain was half torn off the rod, electrical switch cover missing in the kitchen area. Train comes by every few hours blasting horn. Pillows so thin you have to double them over. Horrible. ”

“Attendent was not very cordial or accomodating. Room was spacious and had most of the things we needed, but some were missing - like a counter or table in the bathroom. There were some areas that were not clean - the shower. It was a decent room for the money we paid. ”

“This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. “There was lots of fast food and restaurants around. The hotel looked new on the outside, but was older on the inside, but not bad. The blankets are very thin and pillows. No tissues for the customers. There was a booger on the wall by the bed. The TV was hard to work and not very many channels. No breakfast for the customers. The AC worked OK went off and on a lot, the manager did peek his face in the window of our room at 9:30 to see if we were still in there. I had to open the door. That was...
