"Stayed here because of the exceptional ratings. But my experience was not all that great. Stayed here an entire week and my room didn’t get tended to until the day before we left. In the middle of the week my husband asked front desk if we could get our room cleaned. Upon returning from our full day out we walked into our room to see that it wasn’t cleaned. No big deal till everyday after it still wasn’t being tended to. My husband had to go to the front desk for clean towels, toilet paper, body wash, and trash bags. Had we not put our trash out in the hallway to get picked up we would have had a room full of trash."

"The bed was comfortable. Room seemed clean but when we went to use a glass it still had water in it. Even with the paper top on it. Made me second guess the true cleanliness of the room. The shower has soap residue on everything like it had barely been cleaned. We didn’t eat at the restaurants they didn’t really have anything we wanted. We stayed here on our wedding night in 1989 and it was so much nicer then. Now it’s just mediocre. There was a big wedding going on and they took over the whole lobby. The elevators were very slow. Staff was very friendly. "
