"We aren’t sure what has disappointed us the most. The tub is rusted, the shower doesn’t get warmer than room temperature, there is fast food trash in the hallways, the AC constantly drips water onto the carpet, the whole hotel smells musty, including the pillows, the tables at the dining room are sticky, and to top it off, there are about 10 working channels on the TV’s, 11 if you count the Guide. The staff were friendly though, that’s worth a star. "

"I told the front desk worker that I smelled cigarette smoke in the entryway and she said smoking is allowed in the bar, behind the front desk and she gave me a room on the second floor but I asked if she had a room on the first floor and I told her that cigarette smoke can make me sick she gave me a room in the annex building which is smoke-free. I wish she had told me that my first floor room was next to a room shared by several men who work in the area because they were loud and slamming doors. There was no one around when I arrived at my room. The other bad thing is when I checked out the next morning the hallway outside my room smelled of cigarette smoke. After I ran out to my car, I put a facemask on before getting the rest of my stuff. I was already sick but the last thing I wanted was a sinus infection on top of my cold."

"I always have a wonderful experience here. During Check-in, the staff is usually VERY friendly and informative. Helpful as well, once upon reaching my room, I couldn't figure out the TV remote situation and called the front desk- they were super helpful, as it was something *I* was doing wrong, lol."

"Didn't use the laundry. Didn't get near the kitchen, no free breakfast. Sorry to say that I felt itch on my body. I saw a tag that dogs are allowed do I figured maybe a flea or 2. Got so busy that we missed the swimming pool. Other than that I say it was ok"
