"Plenty of well-lit parking. Room was very clean and adequate, except the air conditioner did not work. Night manager could not fix it. So room got stuffy and warm (ground floor so I don't leave windows open). Didn't sleep well. No one in the office at 8 a.m. for check-out, so I could not tell anyone to fix it."

"The bed was nice….the towels were good…the A/C sounded like a truck idling in the room. The ice machine was broken. There wasn’t a hair dryer and the telephone didn't work so I used my cell phone to call with no answer at the front desk. We found a gentleman that spoke very little English and he was able to find a hair dryer but told us no one in management was on the premises. Will not recommend this place to anyone."

"Parking is difficult for a large truck if you want to be curious to others. What I mean is I had to park against a wall and climb out the passenger side so the driver had room. It's a done deal the building is built so absolutely nothing can be done. The parking is not secure. There is some ocean views. Where stayed there was a bit. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. The buid was extremely comfortable, that's a pluse."

"We had a great stay at La Serena Inn! It’s location is perfect for walking to nearby shops, restaurants, and the pier. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean - I’d only wish their beds had frames that covered the bottoms so things wouldn’t get lost under. That’s my only critique - otherwise I highly recommend!"
