"Clean room, ambience, classy atmosphere. Great amenities and staff were courteous and attentive. Beautiful view from the hotel room. I was disappointed that the pool was more for children but that doesn’t impact my overall rating. Great hotel!"

"The room was great! It was clean. It did provide enough bedding but it would be nice if it was a little bigger considering it was a suite but it was still very nice and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was hot and very good! Parking was great also! Another plus was the indoor pool for the kids very nice and a good size!! There is plenty of stores and restaurants around the hotel which makes that a big plus especially if you need anything! We will stay there again if we are ever in the area again!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!! "

"No room slipper that would be a dollor but a good service. Too much to expect from local motel? The female receptionist never smiles and seemed not welcoming any visitors and like a robot."

"Room smelled like stale smoke, had requested a smoke free room… pool rules were not enforced by staff and kids/people were jumping into the water from places they shouldn’t have been… loud noises at night from appliances in the room… did not seem clean and did not feel like I could walk around in my room with no shoes on… breakfast was filling but they did seem to run out of things often…"

"Ice machine not working! After 10 days and 5 hotels, this is a common theme. It’s almost like the McDonalds ice cream machines. The property was clean but the parking needs a serious refresh. Potholes and missing concrete. On the outside are red and blue lights that set a tone for the outside. From inside your room, those lights are annoying as the shades/curtains cannot block them out. The staff was friendly and courteous."
