"This was the perfect place for our family vacation with an 8-year-old and a 13-year-old.
The location and facilities were excellent, offering something for both adults and children to enjoy. We couldn’t have asked for more.
Friendly stuff made our stay special.
We were very satisfied with the swimming pools, the beach, and the wide range of activities available, both complimentary and paid. It was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return.
No cooked breakfast was included. Only continental was included.
Snorkeling gear, including masks and fins, was available free of charge, which made it even easier to enjoy the beautiful ocean.
Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Very good bar and pool area. Good for relaxing with food and drink whilst overlooking the ocean.
Room was clean and simple.
Breakfast was again simple but enough."
"The room was lovely, the beds were so soft and comfortable. There is a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer/drying rack which were very helpful. The pool area is nice an relaxing.
The site is about 15-20 min from the bus if you don't have a car, the walk is comfortable if you like walking (bring a small torch if walking at night on the road) If you have a car, there is plenty of parking and its a great location to explore the island and local town."
"We stayed in a 2br villa which was modern and well equipped for a decent amount of time with kitchen and two toilets, large balcony. Overlooking main pool but furthest point from the ocean front which was probably a 300m walk.
Immaculate property that is a credit to all the wonderful staff.
Continental breakfast is just that with fresh bread, cereal, fruit, tea and coffee.
Stunning beachfront and close to airport.
Highly recommend."
"Everything was perfect but our only small issue was the smell on the property. It comes and goes but when it comes it stays for awhile and its a horrible stench. If that can be fixed it would be great as we plan to return. But other than that....LOVED IT!!!"
"Positives and negatives:
+ Rooms actually are nicer than they look in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised
+ Restaurant is really good quality, both staff and food were great
+ Aircon worked very well and room didn't seem to humid
+ Love these guys because they are kind to animals.
- No late checkout. It's advertised at a $50 cost, but when we told "Donni" that we wanted to check out at 1pm she said that we had to leave at 10am because someone else was going to stay in the room. The place was not fully booked, and so if check in is at 3pm is 2 hours not enough to clear a room?
- Tuesdays is Renovation day. If you are staying on a Tuesday, bring your earplugs. They were working on the rooms or the roof and it was all day with power tools. We knew about the partying until 10 and 11pm, but we were not counting on losing the nap."
"The pros: staff were kind and friendly, and the rooms are nice and spacious.
The cons: the room we were in got barely any sun, so the pool was always too cold to use. The insect screens were broken so we were constantly battling mosquitos in our room. The listing states two restaurants when there is only one, it says they have bikes which they don’t, they don’t actually have a shuttle, they just arrange one for you but a few days notice minimum is apparently required. They advertise snorkelling gear, but one we picked up was filled with black mould, and the flippers were torn and unable to be used. And the breakfast buffet… easily the worst I’ve ever had.
To put it simply, the price does not match the quality you will receive. The price should be halved, then the experience you get would be reasonable"
