"The hotel was nice, i mainly used it just to sleep as i was out at an event all day. The room i stayed in was handicap accessible which i did not need nor do i know if this is every room but I felt like that was a plus. Will definitely book again if I’m in the area again"

"Slightly confusing as you first come in, you walk through the morning breakfast area. It seems like they need a little more staff. Elevator, room, ice, machine, morning, breakfast were all as expected. Breakfast was unusually busy with limited seating. Entry into the hotel during the evening was difficult due to proximity to In-N-Out Burger."

"This was our second time staying at this location, as it’s conveniently close to Pinnacles National Park. Cleanliness is my top priority, and the rooms are always spotless, fresh, and nicely decorated for a modern, comfortable feel. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Our only issue during this stay was the hot water. The shower would start out hot, but it constantly turned cold. None of us could take a warm shower without freezing for part of the time! Hopefully, this gets worked out before our next trip. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Pinnacles, and having the Starbucks right next door is a great bonus!"
