Once again my husband and I stayed at Anchorage 1770 for the Beaufort air show. What a lovely, unique place to stay. From check in to departure, everything was wonderful. The rooms are special and unique. The bed was super comfortable and the upgraded bathroom was perfect. We enjoyed all the thoughtful touches that the owners manage to provide. Lovely well situated stay

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing and included. If I had one suggestion it would be to wipe down the furniture on the porches on 2nd floor they never were cleaned during the 3 nights we stayed there.

The room we chose had a water view. Wonderful. Except that there is a porch outside that anyone from the hotel can access and it looks right into the room. So we had the blinds down and couldnt enjoy the view. If I had known I would have opted for a more private room. Breakfast was good. Bikes available to use. The restaurant at the Anchorage 1770 has excellent food with seating on the patio. We made the mistake of not specifying outdoor seating when we made the dinner reservation. The hotel is beautiful and walkable within the historic district.

What a wonderful place to stay! Room was beautiful. Bed super comfy. Owners were lovely! So friendly!!! Loved the cookies at turn down. Morning breakfast was delish.
