Overall the place is well maintained and modern. The room was good with nice view of the sea and the mountains. It is walking distance from the beach and there is a small supermarket just outside the hotel. The parking is easy. The breakfast is good however the food is not more than OK. Service is good but seems like the cleaning on the room was not always detailed. Overall good place.

Beautiful hotel. The view from the Royal Family Suite was fantastic. Sea view from bedroom and living room space. The room itself was amazing too. The pools are gorgeous and there are plenty of sun loungers. Food is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. The value for money is really good. My only criticism is that the week we stayed, there didn't seem to be enough staff in the bar/ waiting the pool areas. Service was a bit slow but food and drinks were always lovely once they arrived. The location is good too. We were able to walk to lots of local shops, bars and restaurants. We also joined pre-booked coach excursions from the nearest bus stop. We had a really great time.

Huge disappointment! For being such a first impression elegant hotel with a nice terrass it was unbelievable to have such poor food. Appalling buffe with almost everything finished when we arrived 15 minutes after opening. On top of that impossible to eat nothing but buffet food because there was no A a Carte menu? Food and service like a school kitchen. Terrible!!

The hotel was nice overall but I was not happy on things they should inform me about on check-in. For example, to use the beach you have to pay for chairs, thebalcony door locked me out of my room, and the rental said they have a casino but I was informed there it is seasonal, I could have booked a cheaper hotel if the casino was not working. However, the staff was great and the food nice.

Ein sehr ruhiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Fußläufig kann man den Strand und die Promenade erreichen. Mit dem Mietwagen oder Taxi erreicht man bspw. Innerhalb von 10 min. Sveti Stefan. Außenbereich mit Pool ist top! Der pool ist nicht beheizt. Beim Frühstück hatte man eine große Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr höflich. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Wir waren mit dem Auto dort und haben 7 Tage dort mit Frühstück verbracht. Wir können uns wirklich nicht beklagen, es war echt ein schöner Urlaub. Der Strand ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, das Auto kann somit sicher auf dem Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Die Sauberkeit und der Service sind wirklich gut!!!

Fabulous swimming pool, lovely rooms and an excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Plenty of space (not overcrowded at all) so it was always easy to get a sunlounger of your choice. Service at lunchtime was very poor though. It took 1.5 hours for 3 caprese salads one day, so we started going out for lunch.

Die Sauberkeit war ok aber keineswegs 4 Sterne. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet, schönes Zimmer, allgemein sehr freundlicher Service.

Yetersiz bir oteldi

Öncelikle otelde çalışan yok, hiçbir ihtiyacınızı karsılayamıyorsunuz. Bence eski resimler kullanılmış çünki şuan otelin önünü tamamen kapatan ve denizi görmenizi engelleyen kocaman bir inşaat mevcut. Spa yok, temizlik yetersiz çarşaflar dahi ancak rica edildiğinde değiştiriliyor. Fiyat performans açısından kesinlikle yeterli değil:

Sehr netter concierge der sehr sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht, jedoch ist das Restaurant eine Massenabfertigung gleich einer Kantine und weit weg vom gewohnten Falkensteiner - Standard.

Hotel is very nice, especially pool and spa. It is very quiet , great for having rest. Hotel staff is amazing and very kind. For sure we are coming back next year :-)

the only shame is that the view is getting blocked by new properties ... we askes for sea view, if it weren't for the new properties building up in front of the resort we would've had an amazing view. it's a shame.
