Fantastic hotel 🏨 . The staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble at all . They let us checkin 5 hours early for free . Upgrade our room with a great sea and harbour view. Pools fantastic . Great sunbeds, comfortable and clean . Breakfast was great 👍 hot and cold lots to choses from. Just a short walk to the beach 🏖️ bit of a walk up hill back but this was no isssue to us. The local buses 🚌 stop outside the hotel . Just 2ero around the area. Great area for walking . Just loved it . We would recomened you to stay here .

We were upgraded as it was our wedding anniversary to an amazing suite. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. The main road was very unusually being closed and they helped us get to our next destination. Thank you.

Whilst our room was spacious and clean it was mis-sold and did not face the large veranda shown in the pictures. Hotel staff said this was Expedia's misrepresentation. The hotel has been recently updated but it lacked any real soul. The pool area was nice but staff did not clear empty glasses so it often looked untidy. Breakfast was shocking - we didn’t even bother after the second day… coffee machine not working, no cups, no bowels for cereal, water spilled on the floor and not seen too, tinned fruit! Questionable sweet yogurt and re heated pastries. Staff were challenging rather than helpful - not what I was expecting!

Pictures of the room when I booked it were completely different when we arrived. The room was not 4 star at all carpets stained windows dirty no towels or robes. When I complained they never even responded to me at all. Worst hotel I have ever stayed and will not ever use them again. Other than that I made the best of it. Not much you can do when they dont even respond. Also says your 3 min walk from the beach its more like a 6 to 10 min walk

Overall the place is well maintained and modern. The room was good with nice view of the sea and the mountains. It is walking distance from the beach and there is a small supermarket just outside the hotel. The parking is easy. The breakfast is good however the food is not more than OK. Service is good but seems like the cleaning on the room was not always detailed. Overall good place.

Fabulous swimming pool, lovely rooms and an excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Plenty of space (not overcrowded at all) so it was always easy to get a sunlounger of your choice. Service at lunchtime was very poor though. It took 1.5 hours for 3 caprese salads one day, so we started going out for lunch.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It says it’s 4 star- we stayed in 4 hotels across the 9 days we were there, all 4 star and this one was poor. It was tired and dated and looked like it had been decorated with no care at all, Paint over the windows and wood work, just made it look shabby. It didn’t feel clean at all. I booked a room with a shower but was given a room with a bath. The shower head was in a fixed position in the wall facing the shower screen which meant that when you showered the water went all over the floor. The shower screen seal was also broken which meant the bathroom floor flooded When I asked to change rooms, the receptionist told me if I just held the shower head then I could shower- I informed her this was beside the point and not what I expected from a 4*, as well as this the shower head was fixed to the wall She moved us room- we could take the shower head off of the wall but had the same problem with the shower screen seal. We only stayed for 2 nights so got on with it after the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Two other people also complained whilst I was at reception about their half board experience The outside area at breakfast was dirty and the offer of food wasn’t great and didn’t taste nice at all The best thing about the hotel was that it was 5 min walk to beach but across a footbridge and downstairs amongst lots of hotel building work which was true of lots of budva I wouldn’t recommend here at all

Beautiful hotel. The view from the Royal Family Suite was fantastic. Sea view from bedroom and living room space. The room itself was amazing too. The pools are gorgeous and there are plenty of sun loungers. Food is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. The value for money is really good. My only criticism is that the week we stayed, there didn't seem to be enough staff in the bar/ waiting the pool areas. Service was a bit slow but food and drinks were always lovely once they arrived. The location is good too. We were able to walk to lots of local shops, bars and restaurants. We also joined pre-booked coach excursions from the nearest bus stop. We had a really great time.

Huge disappointment! For being such a first impression elegant hotel with a nice terrass it was unbelievable to have such poor food. Appalling buffe with almost everything finished when we arrived 15 minutes after opening. On top of that impossible to eat nothing but buffet food because there was no A a Carte menu? Food and service like a school kitchen. Terrible!!

The hotel was nice overall but I was not happy on things they should inform me about on check-in. For example, to use the beach you have to pay for chairs, thebalcony door locked me out of my room, and the rental said they have a casino but I was informed there it is seasonal, I could have booked a cheaper hotel if the casino was not working. However, the staff was great and the food nice.
