“Really loved the experience. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Room was super clean and all amenities was in really good. Nice view from balcony and location is also perfect for travelling around. Breakfast was amazing too. One con, the restaurant under the hotel is not good and also the waiters are not polite they are pretty rude. Food was good though but the staff was very rude”

“We booked 3 rooms, and each has issues. The air con was not working for all 3 rooms. One of the room 105 was rather dusty, unexpected of a 4 Stars hotel. The kettle was not working. Internet was not working either. The back of the TV remote was missing in one of the room. As for the breakfast, it was a long wait, 1h30 despite we indicated that we had to leave early, and in the end we had to take part of the breakfast in takeaway bag.
